Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je Návrh nové koncepce distribučního hubu pro nadzásobu ve firmě Alza.cz. V průběhu diplomové práce autor navrhl nový logistický systém založený na převedení nadzásoby do distribučního hubu. Daný koncept byl rozebrán jak z interního hlediska v rámci distribučního hubu, tak i z externího hlediska, jak bude hub ovlivňovat celý logistický systém. V závěru práce byl daný koncept zhodnocen ekonomicky a byla vypočítána návratnost projektu.

The content of the thesis is the Design of a new concept of a distribution hub for overstock in the company Alza.cz. In the course of the thesis, the author proposed a new logistics system based on the transfer of overstock into a distribution hub. The concept was analyzed both from the internal point of view within the distribution hub and from the external point of view, how the hub will affect the entire logistics system. At the end of the thesis, the concept was evaluated economically and the return on investment of the project was calculated.
