Abstract

Na šetrné bydlení je kladen stále větší důraz, a to z hlediska environmentální udržitelnosti, ochrany životního prostředí. Tato práce se zabývá nízkoenergetickými, soběstačnými a pasivními domy s ohledem na environmentální udržitelnost. V teoretické části je nejprve věnována pozornost financování energeticky šetrného bydlení a metodám hodnocení ekonomické návratnosti šetrného bydlení, dále politice územního rozvoje ČR včetně charakteristiky jednotlivých typů domů, jejich výhod a nevýhod, legislativě. Součástí práce je porovnání nízkoenergetických, soběstačných a pasivních domů, je vypracována SWOT analýzy a jsou uvedeny parametry k výstavbě těchto domů včetně návrhů a doporučení a krátké diskuse k tématu.

There is a growing emphasis on friendly housing, in terms of environmental sustainability, environmental protection. This work deals with low-energy, self-sufficient and passive homes with respect to environmental sustainability. In the theoretical part, first attention is paid to financing of energy-friendly housing and methods of assessing the economic return of friendly housing, then to the territorial development policy of the Czech Republic including the characteristics of individual types of houses, their advantages and disadvantages, legislation. The work includes a comparison of low-energy, self-sufficient and passive houses, SWOT analyses are developed and parameters are given for the construction of these houses including proposals and recommendations and a short discussion on the topic.
