Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je realizovat ve dvou na sobě navazujících období bezpečnostní inspekce pozemních komunikací v místě vybrané silniční sítě a následně zjištěné poznatky vzájemně porovnat z pohledu vývoje úrovně pasivní bezpečnosti těchto sledovaných komunikací. Druhá významná část práce je zaměřena na analýzu souvislostí mezi eliminovanými závadami a realizovanými stavebními pracemi. Závěr práce je věnován vyhodnocení dříve realizované analytické činnosti a stanovení vypovídajících závěrů ze zjištěných souvislostí.

The aim of this thesis is to carry out two consecutive periods of safety inspections of roads in the location of the selected road network and then to compare the results in terms of the evolution of the level of passive traffic safety of monitored roads. The second significant part of the work is focused on the analysis of the connection between the eliminated road safety risks and the implemented construction operations. The conclusion of the thesis is dedicated to the evaluation of the analytical work carried out earlier and to the determination of the indicative conclusions from the identified connections.
