Optimalizace procesu přípravy a nasazení vybraného ERP systému

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem "Optimalizace procesu přípravy a nasazení vybraného ERP systému" a jejím cílem je ověření hypotézy, zda současná metodika pro sběr a správu změnových požadavků je odolná vůči změnám v projektu. V rámci této práce byla provedena analýza současné metodiky pro sběr a správu změnových požadavků. Na základě průzkumu a sběru dat byly identifikovány klíčové problémy související s existujícími postupy a jejich dopad na efektivitu projektových procesů. Výsledky této práce potvrzují, že současná metodika je dostačující a s pomocí získaných poznatků byla vyvinuta nová verze metodiky, která obohacuje současnou metodiku o přesně definované kroky a postupy pro správu a řízení změnových požadavků. Tato práce přináší nové poznatky v oblasti správy a řízení změnových požadavků a může sloužit jako zdroj inspirace pro další výzkum v této oblasti.

This bachelor thesis deals with the topic "Optimization of the preparation and deployment process of the selected ERP system" and aims to verify hypothesis whether the current methodology for collecting and managing change requests is robust to changes in the project. In this thesis, an analysis of the current methodology for collecting and managing change requests has been carried out. Based on the research and data collection, key issues related to the existing practices and their impact on the effectiveness of project processes were identified. The results of this work confirm that the current methodology is sufficient and with the help of the findings, a new version of the methodology was developed, which enriches the current methodology with well-defined steps and procedures for managing and managing change requirements. This work provides new insights in the field of change requirements management and can serve as a source of inspiration for further research in this area.
