Diplomová práce se zabývá vyhodnocením skutečné efektivity výroby chladu v realizované administrativní budově v Praze. Jedná se o energeticky vysoce vyspělou budovu, s rozsáhlou sestavou geotermálních vrtů, kaskádou kompresorových jednotek a systémem aktivace betonového jádra. Vzhledem k rozsáhlému systému MaR s bohatým počtem čidel a měřících zařízení (kalorimetry, průtokoměry…), lze poměrně přesně určit reálnou efektivitu tohoto systému, po započtení veškerých potřebných energií. Součástí diplomové práce je také popis zkoumané administrativní budovy, rešerše obvyklých zdrojů tepla a chladu pro tento typ objektu a přehled obvyklých metod určování efektivity kompresorových zdrojů tepla a chladu. This thesis evaluates the actual efficiency of cooling an administrative building in Prague. It is a highly energy-advanced building with an extensive set of geothermal drills, a cascade of heat pumps, and a concrete core activation system. Due to the large-scale BMS (Building Management System) with many sensors and measuring devices (calorimeters, flowmeters, etc.), the actual efficiency of this system can be accurately determined after considering all the necessary energies. The thesis also contains a description of the examined administrative building, research for the usual sources of heat and cold for this type of building, and an overview of the standard methods of determining the efficiency of heat and cold sources.
