Protokol řízení projektů BIM

Abstract

Hlavním tématem této diplomové práce je přiblížení problematiky protokolu řízení u projektů realizovaných s využitím BIM. V úvodní teoretické části se práce zabývá rešerší současných přístupů, a to na zahraničním i českém poli působnosti. Zprvu je nadefinován celkový proces a následně jsou blíže rozebrány jeho jednotlivé části. V navazující praktické části, autor na základě načerpaných znalostí a praktických zkušeností, stanovil ideální přístup pro řízení BIM projektů během fáze přípravy a realizace. Praktické řešení práce je vztaženo na dodavatelský systém Design-Bid-Build, který se řadí mezi nejpoužívanější na českém stavebním trhu. Řešení se skládá z několika informačních grafik. Ty mají za účel, provést účastníka srozumitelně procesem a definovat jednotlivé kroky. V závěru práce je navržené řešení demonstrováno na reálném projektu z praxe, kterého se autor účastnil.

The main topic of this master thesis is to explain problematics connected with the management protocol of BIM projects. The introduction of the theoretical part describes different approaches to the topic in the view of Czech and foreign surroundings. In the beginning, the whole process of managing was explained. After that, individual parts together with all requirements and necessities of the process were examined separately. In the practical part, based on theoretical knowledge and the author's practical experience, there was created an ideal approach to the management protocol of BIM projects. The suggested process is related to projects with the Design-Bid-Build delivery method, which is the most common method in the Czech construction market. The solution consists of a few information graphics with educative content. The main purpose of these graphics is to create an intelligible guide throughout the process which helps all participants. Furthermore, it should define each step together with the obligations. At the end of the work, the created process was demonstrated on a real project from practice in which the author participated.
