Vymezení HBIM v kontextu současného stavebnictví

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vymezení významu HBIM v kontextu současného stavebnictví, definování současného stavu a návrh doporučení pro budoucí vývoj, na základě zjištěných poznatků. V teoretické části jsou stručně vysvětleny termíny, které souvisí s řešenou problematikou informačního modelování historických staveb. Dále je v této části provedena rešerše odborné literatury, zabývající se tématikou HBIM. Praktická část práce se věnuje především vymezení role HBIM v současném stavebnictví, přičemž náplní této části práce je specifikace celého procesu informačního modelování staveb, vymezení mantinelů této problematiky a identifikace oblastí vzniku překážek, stojících v cestě dalšímu vývoji HBIM. Na základě provedeného průzkumu v praxi byla navržená patřičná doporučení pro budoucí vývoj HBIM.

The aim of this thesis is to define the importance of HBIM in the context of the current construction industry, define the current state of the art and propose recommendations for future developments based on the findings. The theoretical part briefly explains the terms related to the issue of information modelling of historical buildings. Furthermore, a literature search is conducted in this part, dealing with the topic of HBIM. The practical part of the thesis is mainly devoted to the definition of the role of HBIM in the contemporary construction industry, while the content of this part of the thesis is the specification of the whole process of information modelling of buildings, the definition of the boundaries of this issue and the identification of areas of obstacles standing in the way of further development of HBIM. Based on the research carried out in practice, appropriate recommendations for the future development of HBIM were proposed.
