Služby a prostředky zajišťující kybernetickou bezpečnost vybrané organizace

Abstract

Tato práce se věnuje problematice bezpečnosti kyberprostoru, základní charakteristice provozu internetové sítě a možnostem jejího zabezpečení před vnějšími kybernetickými útoky. V kapitole 3 je zmíněn a vysvětlen pojem kyberprostoru a ICT, tedy informační a komunikační technologie, které mají svou nezastupitelnou funkci v době informační společnosti. V kapitole 4 je v krátkosti popsána historie vzniku sítě internet a základní charakteristika druhů a rychlostí připojení. V kapitole 5 jsou zmíněny instituce a jejich jednotlivé úkoly v souvislosti s ochranou kyberprostoru ČR před útoky, ke kterým se zneužívá internetová síť. Pojmy, které charakterizují internetovou kriminalitu a jednotlivé druhy útoků jsou probrány v kapitolách 6 a 7. Kapitola 8 se věnuje trendům rozvoje samotného kyberprostoru a jeho ochrany a standardům řízení informační bezpečnosti. Kapitola 9 prezentuje metodiku zvoleného výzkumu, pro potvrzení stanovené hypotézy a v kapitole 10 jsou pak uvedeny konkrétní výsledky, které tuto hypotézu potvrzují. V kapitole 11 jsou diskutována jednotlivá opatření, která při jejich zavedení do systému ochrany významným způsobem přispějí k vyšší informační bezpečnosti a lepšímu zabezpečení kyberprostoru.

This work describe the issue of cyberspace security, the basic characteristics of the operation of the Internet network and the possibilities of its security against external cyber attacks. Chapter 3 mentions and explains the concept of cyberspace and ICT, i.e. information and communication technologies, which have their irreplaceable function in the age of the information society. Chapter 4 briefly describes the history of the Internet and the basic characteristics of connection types and speeds. Chapter 5 mentions the institutions and their individual tasks in connection with the protection of the cyberspace of the Czech Republic against attacks to which the Internet network is abused. The concepts that characterize cybercrime and the various types of attacks are discussed in Chapters 6 and 7. Chapter 8 deals with the services and means of ensuring the cyber security of the selected organization and current trends in the development of cyberspace itself and its protection, including information security management standards. Chapter 9 presents the methodology of the selected research, to confirm the established hypothesis, and Chapter 10 presents the specific results that confirm this hypothesis. Chapter 11 discusses the individual measures that, when introduced into the protection system, will significantly contribute to higher information security and better security of cyberspace.
