Terapeutické postupy při patella bipartita

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na terapeutické postupy při patella bipartita. Cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po operaci patella bipartita pomocí vnitřní fixace dvou vstřebávacích šroubů Magnezix. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První teoretická část obsahuje teoretické znalosti anatomie, kineziologie, vývoje pately, biomechaniky kolenního kloubu a patelofemorálního skloubení. Dále obsahuje kapitolu o léčbě konzervativní i o operačních přístupech při patella bipartita. Druhá část je kazuistika pacienta po operaci patella bipartita, kde je zpracován vstupní kineziologický rozbor, průběh terapie a výstupní kineziologický rozbor. Na závěr jsou vyhodnoceny rozdíly vstupního a výstupního vyšetření před a po rehabilitaci. Během terapie došlo ke zlepšení svalové síly, odstranění reflexních změn na pravé dolní končetině, ovlivnění zkrácených svalů a zlepšení kloubní vůle obou dolních končetin. Zlepšení se také projevilo na stereotypu stoje a chůze.

This bachelor thesis focuses on therapeutic procedures for patella bipartite. The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to process a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after bipartite patella surgery using internal fixation of two Magnezix absorption screws. This bachelor thesis is divided into two parts. The first theoretical part contains theoretical knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, patella development, biomechanics of the knee joint and patellofemoral joint. Further on, it contains a chapter on conservative treatment and surgical approaches to patella bipartite. The second part is a case report of a patient after bipartite patella surgery, where the initial kinesiological analysis, the course of therapy and the final kinesiological analysis are processed. Finally, the differences between the entrance and exit examinations before and after rehabilitation are evaluated. During therapy the weakened muscles have been strenghtened, the reflex changes in the right lower limb have been eliminated, the shortened muscles have been elongated and the joint play of both lower limbs have been re-established. Also the movement patterns such as standing and gait have been optimalized.
