Metoda určování osob v kontaktu s vysoce nakažlivou nemocí na palubě letadla

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá metodou určování osob v kontaktu s vysoce nakažlivou nemocí na palubě letadla. S narůstajícím provozem letecké dopravy a s tím spojené zvyšování transportu cestujících z různých geografických oblastí roste také riziko šíření vysoce nakažlivých nemocí na palubě letadla. Je tedy nezbytně nutné se možnostmi snižování rizika v souvislosti s přenosem vysoce nakažlivých nemocí ve spojitosti s leteckou dopravou zabývat. V teoretické části se práce zabývá charakteristikou vysoce nakažlivých nemocí, jejích dělením, cestami přenosu a šířením v rámci populace. Dále se teoretická část zaměřuje na deskripci stanovené metody pro určování kontaktů, které přišly do styku s nakaženým cestujícím na palubě letadla. V praktické části je provedena SWOT analýza používané metody pro stanovování kontaktů, které přišly do styku s nakaženým cestujícím na palubě letadla. Tato metoda se soustředí na sledování osob sedících ve stejné řadě jako nakažený cestující a dále ve dvou řadách před a dvou řadách za nakaženým cestujícím. Cílem práce je vyhodnocení vhodnosti a efektivnosti metody s ohledem na známá fakta o šíření infekčních nemocí.

This bachelor thesis describes and analyzes a method of selecting people who came in contact with a highly contagious disease on board an aircraft. With growing volume of air traffic and the associated increase in passenger transport among different geographical areas, the risk of spread of highly contagious diseases on the boards of aircrafts also increases. It is essential then to research the risk reduction options associated with airborne transmission of highly contagious diseases. The theoretical part describes the characteristics of highly contagious diseases, their division, routes of transmission and spread characteristics of highly contagious diseases within the population. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on a description of the established method for determining the contacts that came into contact with an infected passenger on the board of an airplane. The practical part contains a SWOT analysis of the methods used for selecting people who came into contact with the infected passenger on the board of the aircraft. This method focuses on tracking the persons sitting in the same row as the infected passenger, in the two rows in front of and the two rows behind the infected passenger. The aim of this work is to evaluate suitability and effectiveness of the method with respect to known facts about the spread of infectious diseases.
