Intervence v rámci ucelené rehabilitace u dětského pacienta s CHARGE syndromem

Abstract

V teoretické části bakalářské práce je popsána problematika pediatrického pacienta s CHARGE syndromem. Dále tato část obsahuje příčiny vzniku, symptomatologie typické pro dané onemocnění, diagnostiku, prognózu a možnosti léčby. V kapitole metodika jsou popsány všechny vyšetřovací a rehabilitační postupy, které byly u pacienta použity. Zároveň je zde popsáno pracoviště, na kterém se všechny terapie prováděly. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky dítěte s CHARGE syndromem. Obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, na jehož základě je stanoven krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán. Součástí speciální části jsou jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky a jejich zhodnocení. Kapitola Výsledky se zabývá porovnáním vstupních a výstupních dat a zhodnocuje efekt terapie. Diskuze se věnuje problematice CHARGE syndromu a specifické práci v rehabilitaci u pediatrického pacienta. Dále popisuje vliv komplexní péče a rodičů na výsledky rehabilitace. Na závěr se diskutuje o efektu terapie a celkový přínos pro pacienta a jeho rodiče.

The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis describes the issues of a paediatric patient with CHARGE syndrome. Furthermore, this part contains the causes, symptoms typical of the disease, diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment options. The chapter about methodology includes all examination and rehabilitation procedures that were used on the patient. At the same time, the place where all therapies were performed is described here. The special part is compiled in the form of a casuistry of a child with the CHARGE syndrome. It contains anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, on the basis of which a short- and long-term rehabilitation plan is determined. The special part includes individual therapeutic units with evaluation. The Results chapter compares the input and output of kinesiological data and evaluates the effect of therapy. The discussion focuses on the issue of CHARGE syndrome and specific care during rehabilitation of a paediatric patient. Furthermore, it describes the effect of a comprehensive care and parents on the results of rehabilitation. Finally, the effect of therapy and the overall benefit for the patient and parents are discussed.
