Abstract

Název práce: Analýza nákladovosti léčby pacientů s diabetem mellitem 2. typu antidiabetickou léčbou SGLT2i a GLP1a Diplomová práce analyzuje náklady na léčbu diabetu mellitu léky ze skupiny SGLT2 inhibitorů a GLP1 agonistů. byla vyhodnocena anonymizovaná data celkem 100 pcientů, 50 léčených SGLT2 inhibitory a 50 GLP1 agonisty. Data byla získána ze 4 diabetologických ordinací v Praze. Jako nákladově efektivnější se jeví léčba SGLT2 inhibitory. Nákladová efektivita byla vyhodnocována z perspektivy plátce zdravotní péče, tedy z pohledu zdravotní pojišťovny. Ve výsledcích je spočítán ukazatel ICER a analýza nákladové efektivity. Pro ověření robustnosti výsledků je zpracována analýza citlivosti.

The title of the Thesis: Cost-effectivness analysis of treatment in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus by antidiabetic treatment SGLT2i and GLP1a The thesis analyses the cost of treatment of diabetes mellitus with drugs from the group of SGLT2 inhibitors and GLP1 aginists. Anonymized data of a total of 100 patients, 50 treated with SGLT2 inhibitors and 50 with GLP1 agonists, were evaluated. Data were obtained from 4 diabetes clinics in Prague. Treatment with SGLT2 inhibitors appears to be more cost-effective. Cost-effectiveness was evaluated from the perspective of the health care payer, i.e. from the perspective of the health insurance company. The ICER and the cost-effectiveness analysis are calculated in the results. A sensitivity analysis is performed to check the robustness of the results.
