Stávající řešení jsou nevyhovující, neboť používají nevhodná kritéria optimalizace, pracují s neceločíselnými počty opakování měření a měření prováděná v rámci v rámci jedné záměry navrhují provádět s různými počty opakování. This thesis deals with the optimization of geodesic networks. Specifically, a 2nd order design that addresses the cost of measurement in a given network configuration. Existing solutions are unsatisfactory because they use inappropriate optimization criteria, work with non-integer numbers of measurement repetitions, and propose to perform measurements performed within a single survey with different numbers of repetitions. Therefore, a new optimization method based on a greedy algorithm seeking measurements with the greatest benefit to the accuracy of the network was proposed. Several modifications to the initial algorithm were made after application to the baseline geodetic networks. The result is an optimization algorithm using several strategies, from which the one with the smallest number of measurements is always selected. The method has been comprehensively tested, both for comparison of the used strategies among themselves and for checking the optimality of the found solutions by the so-called brute force (by searching the relevant part of the space of all existing solutions). According to the results, the presented method finds in most cases the optimal solution, in a minority of cases close to optimal.
