V poslední části jsou provedeny numerické výpočty rovnice vedení tepla v jedné a dvou dimenzích, Allenovy-Cahnovy rovnice a FitzHughova-Nagumova modelu pomocí metody konečných diferencí. Mathematical models in electrocardiology are a tool that could reduce the large number of victims of cardiovascular diseases in the future. This thesis presents a brief overview of the physiology of the heart with an emphasis on electrophysiology. Models describing the electrical signal are presented, including the Hodgkin-Huxley and the FitzHugh-Nagumo model. In the third chapter, the analytical solution of the linear diffusion equation and the weak solution of the nonlinear problem are found. In the last part, numerical calculations of the heat conduction equation in one and two dimensions, the Allen-Cahn equation and the FitzHugh-Nagumo model are performed using the finite difference method.
