Abstract

Tématem této diplomové práce je tenzometrické měření sil působících na prvky zavěšení přední a zadní nápravy vozu soutěže formule student. Práce se zabývá rešerší možných metod měření sil v nápravách, návrhem měřícího řetězce, jeho sestrojením a měřením náprav staticky a na testovacím okruhu. Naměřené hodnoty jsou porovnány s analytickými a je popsána odchylka a spektrum zatížení.

The topic of this diploma thesis is strain gauge measurement of forces acting on individual components of the front and rear axles of a Formula Student car. Research into possible methods of suspension force measurement is done, followed by the design of the measuring system, its construction and the measurement of both axles in static conditions and on a test track. The measured values are compared with analytical calculations resulting in the deviation and load spectrum.
