Bakalářská práce se zabývá nanesením tenké vrstvy nitridu titanu na titanový povrch technologií PACVD. Součástí práce bylo teoretické seznámení se se zařízením pro depozici a jeho uvedení do provozu. V teoretické části je dále popsán princip metody PACVD. Praktická část se zaměřuje na nastavení parametrů procesu a jeho průběh. Na závěr je deponovaná vrstva analyzována. The bachelor’s thesis is about deposition of thin layer of titanium nitride on the surface of titanium using the PACVD method. Part of the work was a theoretical introduction to the deposition equipment and it‘s commissioning. The principle of the PACVD method is further described in the theoretical part. The practical part is focused on setting the parameters of the process and it‘s progress. Deposition layer is analysed in the end.
