Biomechanika syndrómu text neck

Abstract

Tato práce poskytuje výpočetní podklad pro vytvoření funkčního modelu cervikální páteře schopného přispět k pochopení možných mechanismů vzniku posturálních dysbalancí a bolestivých symptomů souvisících se syndromem "text neck". Na základě provedené simulace se potvrdily biomechanické odlišnosti zatížení cervikální páteře při dlouhodobém používaní mobilních zařízení. Dále byla navržena vhodná řešení pro optimalizaci ergonomie a korekci pohybového stereotypu.

This disertation provides a computational basis for the creation of a functional model of the cervical spine, capable of contributing to the understanding of possible mechanisms of postural imbalances and painful symptoms related to "text neck" syndrome. On the basis of the performed simulation, biomechanical differences in the loading of the cervical spine during long-term use of mobile devices were confirmed. Furthermore, suitable solutions were proposed for optimizing ergonomics and correcting movement stereotypes.
