Projekt bytového domu v Chrastavě se zaměřením na stavební fyziku

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá projektem bytového domu se zaměřením na stavební fyziku. Nejprve, po uvedení stručných známých informací o budově, následuje výběr konstrukčně statického řešení. Součástí této kapitoly je také výpočet zatížení vybraných konstrukčních skladeb a předběžný návrh nosných konstrukcí. Materiály jsou vybírány tak, aby dům splňoval podmínky pro pasivní domy a byl energeticky úsporný. Následně se práce věnuje hodnocení obalových konstrukcí z hlediska jednosměrného šíření tepla. V části Akustika budov dělicí konstrukce jsou posouzené na vzduchovou a kročejovou neprůzvučnosti. Součástí práce je popis způsobu eliminace kročejového hluku z prostoru schodiště. Konečně v části Světelná technika se zkoumá proslunění bytů a denní osvětlení obytných místností. V posledních třech kapitolách práce jsou kromě ručních výpočtů rozsáhle využívány počítačové programy. K bakalářské práci je přiložená vybraná projektová dokumentace.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of the residential house with a focus on building physics. Firstly, after giving some brief known information about the building, the selection of a structural-static solution follows. This chapter also includes the calculation of the loads of the selected structural components and the preliminary design of the supporting structures. The materials are selected to ensure that the building meets the requirements for passive houses and is energy efficient. Subsequently, the thesis deals with the evaluation of the envelope structures in terms of unidirectional heat propagation. In the Building Acoustics section, the partitioning structures are assessed for airborne and airborne impermeability. The thesis includes a description of the method of elimination of step noise from the staircase area. Finally, in the Lighting section, the insolation of residences and the daylighting of living rooms are examined. In the last three chapters of the thesis, computer programs are used extensively in addition to manual calculations. Selected project documentation is attached to the bachelor thesis.
