Rodinný dům

Abstract

Predmetom tejto bakalárskej práce bolo navrhnúť rodinný dom pre štvorčlennú rodinu s bytovou časťou pre starých rodičov v pražskom Starom Střížkove, Praha 8. Parcela na teréne svahujúcim sa na juhozápad ponúka výhľady na zachovalú časť pôvodnej vidieckej zástavby územia a voľnú prírodu s koňským výbehom. Rovnako výhodou je orientácia k svetovým stranám, kde sa využila západná a južná časť záhrady. Jedná sa o kľudné miesto rušené iba neďalekou dialnicou, ktorá sa nachádza za lúkou. Mojim cieľom bolo navrhuť dom, ktorý by nenarušoval jednotný ráz územia, materiálovo a hmotovo by splynul s prostredim a zároveň by majiteľom ponúkol kvalitné využitie priestoru.

The finding of this bachelor's thesis was to design a family house for a four-member family with a living space for grandparents in the location of Stary Strizkov, Prague 8. The parcel on the terrain facing the southwest offers views of the preserved part of an authentic rural built-up area and nature with a horse paddock. The same advantage is the orientation to the world parties, which were used in the west and south parts of the garden. It is a calm and relaxed place. The only disturbing factor is the highway, which is behind a field. My aim was to design a house that wouldn't be an obstacle to the city's building plans for the territory.
