Abstract

Cieľom diplomovej práce je návrh revitalizácie sídliska Blanice v meste Týn nad Vltavou. Na sídlisku sa v súčastnosti nachádza výstavba starých ubytovní ktoré slúžili pre ubytovanie pracovníkov z Temelína. Mesto má v pláne tieto bytové domy revitalizovať alebo nahradiť. V návrhu uvažujem s nahradením starej zástavby vybudaním nových terasových bytových domov a úpravou priestoru medzi bytmi s využitím polohy na kopci a vybudovaním vyhliadkovej plošiny s výhľadom na mesto. V návrhu je vyriešený jeden bytový dom do podrobnosti štúdie a niekoľko technických výkresov. Bytový dom je orientovany terasamy na juh a západ. Z južnej a západnej strany sú ustupujúce podlažia. Nachádzaju sa v ňom byty 3+KK, 5+KK, 6+KK, 4+KK a 8+KK na poslednom nadzemnom podlaží.

The target of the diploma thesis is a proposal for the revitalization of the Blanice housing estate in the town of Týn nad Vltavou. The housing estate currently houses the construction of old hostels, which were used to accommodate workers from Temelín. The city plans to revitalize or replace these apartment buildings. In the proposal, I am considering replacing the old development with the construction of new terraced apartment buildings and the modification of the space between the apartments, using the location on a hill and the construction of a viewing platform with a view of the city. The design addresses one apartment building in the study details and several technical drawings. The apartment house is oriented terraces to the south and west. There are receding floors from the south and west sides. There are apartments 3 + KK, 5 + KK, 6 + KK, 4 + KK and 8 + KK on the top floor.
