Přínosy CRM systémů pro neziskový sektor

Abstract

Cieľom tejto bakalárskej práce je analyzovať využitie CRM systému v neziskovom sektore a následne implementovať CRM systém, ktorý má využitie pri evidencii ľudí v núdzi a s tým spojenými procesmi. Teoretická časť sa venuje charakteristike neziskového sektoru v Českej republike, CRM systému a následným namapovaním potrieb neziskových organizácií na funkcionality ponúkané CRM systémom Salesforce. Praktická časť sa zaoberá primárne implementáciou, testovaním a vyhodnotením prínosov implementovaného systé\-mu pre neziskovú organizáciu.

This bachelor thesis analyzes purpose of using CRM systems in the non-profit sector and provide implementing of a CRM system that can be used for registration of people in need and related processes. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of the non-profit sector in Czech republic, the CRM system and a process mapping regarding needs of non-profit organizations to the functionalities offered by the Salesforce CRM system. The practical part deals with the implementation, testing and evaluation of the benefits to the implemented system for non-profit organizations.
