Analýza nakládání se ziskem/ztrátou stavebních společností

Abstract

Táto bakalárska práca sa zabýva analýzou nakladaním so ziskom/stratou troch stavebných spoločností MIRAS – stavitelství a sanace s.r.o., ATRIUM s.r.o. a Remmers s.r.o. Cieľom práce je vyhodnotiť hospodársky vývoj týchto spoločností v rokoch 2017 až 2020 a zhodnotiť ako vybrané spoločnosti naložili zo ziskom poprípade stratou. Bakalárska práca je rozdelená na dve časti – teoretickú a praktickú. Teoretická časť sa zameriava na charakteristike finančnej analýzy, ich užívateľom a tiež hlavným zdrojom informácií. Najpodstatnejšia časť je venovaná pomerovým ukazovateľom finančnej analýzy z ktorých sú niektoré aplikované v praktickej časti. V následnej praktickej časti sú najprv všetky tri spoločnosti predstavené a potom je spracovaná analýza týchto spoločností na základe účtovných výkazov. Na záver je zhrnutie a vyhodnotenie poznatkov analýzy.This Bachelor thesis deals with the analysis of the handling of the profit / loss of the three construction companies MIRAS — Construction and Sanitation s.r.o., ATRIUM s.r.o. and Remmers s.r.o. The aim of the work is to assess the economic development of these companies between 2017 and 2020 and to assess how the selected companies have made a profit or loss. The thesis is divided into two parts – theoretical and practical. The theoretical part focuses on the characteristics of the financial analysis, its users and also the main source of information. The most significant part is devoted to the measures of financial analysis, some of which are applied in the practical part. In the subsequent practical section, all three companies are first represented and then the analysis of these companies based on the accounts is processed. Finally, a summary and evaluation of the analysis findings.
