Tématem této bakalářské práce jsou vnitřní dělící konstrukce a jejich ekonomické posouzení. V první části práce jsou popsány teoretické vlastnosti materiálů a jsou zde vysvětleny pojmy k jejich ocenění. V praktické části jsou představeny konkrétní materiály, jejich funkce a je vytvořen položkový rozpočet každé porovnávané konstrukce. Cílem této práce je zhodnotit použití jednotlivých materiálů k výstavbě bytového domu jak z ekonomického, tak funkčního hlediska a vyhodnotit, zda jsou tyto materiály vhodné na stavbu konkrétní bytového domu. The topic of this bachelor thesis is internal dividing structures and their economic assessment. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical properties of materials and explains the concepts for their valuation. In the practical part, specific materials, their functions are introduced and an item budget is created for each construction being compared. The aim of this work is to evaluate the use of individual materials for the construction of an apartment building from both an economic and functional point of view and to evaluate whether these materials are suitable for the construction of a specific apartment building.
