Abstract

Úkolem této diplomové práce je navrhnout konstrukční řešení zařízení na podávání korunkových uzávěrů a uzavírání lahví. Toto zařízení má být implementováno na již existující stroj určený na uzavírání lahví šroubovacími uzávěry. V teoretické části práce jsou popsány typy uzavíracích strojů dle stupně automatizace a principu jejich funkce, typy uzavíracích hlav pro různé druhy uzávěrů a možnosti podávání uzávěrů s podrobnějším popisem vibračních podavačů. Hlavní část práce se zabývá návrhem vibračního kruhového zásobníku, systému pro uzavírání lahví a nosného rámu těchto zařízení. Diplomová práce je doplněna 3D modelem celého uzavíracího stroje.

The objective of this thesis is to design a design solution crown cap feeder and lids closing machanism. This device has to be implemented on bottle screw capping machine, which already exists. In the theoretical part of this thesis are described types of the capping machine according to level automation and principle of their function, types of capping head for various kind of cap and options of cap feeder with detailed description vibratory feeder. The main part of this thesis deals with the design of vibratory bowl feeder, lids closing mechanism and frame of these devices. The thesis is supplemented by a 3D model of the bottle crown capping machine.
