Návrh, tvorba a implementace nového intranetu pro firmu Auto Pejšek s. r. o.

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci se zabývám tvorbou a implementací nového digitálního systému do firmy Auto Pejšek s.r.o., která se zabývá opravami hlav válců. V teoretické části popisuji pracovní postup firmy Auto Pejšek a dále představuji další dvě firmy, Caroserie Vyskočil a Autoservis Paur, a jejich pracovní postupy, které pak každý zvlášť porovnávám s postupem ve firmě Auto Pejšek. V praktické části se věnuji historii a současnosti interní evidence údajů zákazníka a jeho požadavků na opravu hlavy. V současnosti tato evidence probíhá pomocí papírových průvodních karet. Tento systém je dobrý, ale má své nedostatky, primárně možnost poškození či ztráty papírové karty. Proto navrhuji nový digitální systém, který nahradí papírové karty, ale zároveň umožní souběh obou technologií. Nakonec představuji další nápady na vylepšení fungování firmy s ohledem na digitalizaci, například založení znalostní databáze všech informací o hlavách, které firma kdy získala, aby byly přehledně na jednom místě. Výstupem této práce je vytvoření skutečného programu, který se bude ve firmě Auto Pejšek s.r.o. používat.

This bachelor's thesis is about creating and implementing a new internal system of Auto Pejšek s.r.o., a company specializing in the repairs of cylinder heads. In the theoretical part I describe the work procedure of Auto Pejšek and I also present two other companies, Caroserie Vyskočil and Autoservis Paur, and their work procedures, which I then compare to that of Auto Pejšek. In the practical part I showcase the history and present of internal records of customer data and their requirements for head repair. In the present moment, these records are carried out using paper accompanying cards. This system works well, but it has its drawbacks, primarily the risk of damage or loss of the paper card. That is why I am proposing a new digital system that will replace paper cards, but at the same time allow both technologies to coincide. Finally, I present other ideas for improving the operation of the company regarding digitization, such as establishing a knowledge database of all the information about cylinder heads that the company has ever obtained, so that they are easily accessible in one place. The output of this work is the creation of a real-life computer program, which will be used in the company Auto Pejšek s.r.o. in the near future.
