Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá firemní kulturou a etiketou na pracovišti. Cílem bakalářské práce je prozkoumat firemní kulturu a etiketu na pracovišti, posoudit stávající stav, určit možné příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná řešení ve společnosti Schneider Electric. V teoretické části je popsána firemní kultura, etiketa a pracovní dresscode. Popsány jsou základní pojmy, vliv a členění. V praktické části je popsána společnost Schneider Electric a její firemní kultura. Na základě výzkumu je provedeno sedm rozhovorů s vybranými zaměstnanci společnosti s cílem zjistit názory na firemní etiketu a kulturu. Z vyhodnocení rozhovorů jsou poté navržena doporučení, která zlepší stávající situaci ve společnosti.

This bachelor thesis deals with corporate culture and workplace etiquette. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to examine the corpo-rate culture and workplace etiquette, assess the current state, identify possible opportunities for improvement and propose appro-priate solutions at Schneider Electric. The theoretical part de-scribes the company culture, etiquette, and work dress code. The basic concepts, influence, and structure are described. The prac-tical part describes Schneider Electric and its corporate culture. Based on the research, seven interviews are conducted with select-ed employees of the company in order to find out their views on company etiquette and culture. From the evaluation of the inter-views, recommendations are then proposed to improve the current situation in the company.
