V rámci následné realizace optických vlnovodů byla provedena optimalizace geometrických rozměrů vlnovodného jádra, měření optického útlumu a měření tvaru výstupního optického svazku. Výsledkem bakalářské práce je zhodnocení možností obou zmiňovaných metod výroby optických vlnovodů a vlastností realizovaných vlnovodných struktur za použití polymerů na bázi polydimethylsiloxanů. This bachelor thesis deals with the fabrication of optical channel waveguides using new technological processes. The first part of the thesis is devoted to additive technology, in which form for the production of optical waveguides are made by 3D printing. The second part of the thesis deals with the fabrication of optical waveguides by the microdosing method from new biocompatible materials such as the polymers MED-6210 and MED-6215. Finally, this thesis deals with the properties of the polymer LS-6943 subsidized with the active dye Lumogen F Yellow 086 and the subsequent researching of the actual optical waveguides fabricated from this material by the microdosing method. Transmission spectra measurements were performed for all the materials mentioned and additionally luminescence spectra and refractive index measurements were performed for the subsidized materials. As part of the subsequent realization of the optical waveguides, the geometrical dimensions of the waveguide core were optimized, optical attenuation measurements and measurements of the shape of the output optical beam were performed. The result of the bachelor thesis is the evaluation of the possibilities of both mentioned methods of optical waveguides fabrication and the properties of the realized waveguide structures using polydimethylsiloxane-based polymers.
