Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá revitalizací obce Pěkná. Pěkná je příhraniční obec, která za minulého režimu přišla o značný stavební fond a definované centrum obce. Projekt nastiňuje možný rozvoj vesnice, charakter zástavby a jeho vymezení v krajině. Obnovuje kompaktnost sídla, propojení cestní sítí s krajinou a doplňuje sídlo vhodnou zástavbou vycházející z lokálního tvarosloví. Součástí návrhu je novostavba občanské vybavenosti - dům s pečovatelskou službou a typizovaný rodinný dům. Charakter vesnice dotváří místa identifikace jako např. užívání zdí jako připomínek zaniklých stavení nebo zastavení v krajině jako reminescence sakrálních památek. Cílem návrhu je celková citlivá úprava umožňující plnohodnotné využití místa s péčí o historické dědictví, ekologický přístup ke stavění domů, šetrné zemědělství a zodpovědné užívání lokálních zdrojů.

The diploma thesis deals with the revitalization of the village Pěkná. The village lost a considerable building stock and a defined village center during the previous regime. The project outlines the possible development of the village, the nature of the development and its definition in the landscape. It restores the compactness of the enclave, connects the road network with the landscape and complements the seat with suitable buildings based on local morphology. The design includes a new civic amenities - a nursing home and a standardized family house. The character of the village is completed by places of identification such as the use of walls as reminders of defunct buildings or stops in the landscape as reminescence of lost sacred monuments. The aim of the proposal is an overall sensitive arrangement enabling the full use of the site with the care of historical heritage, an ecological approach to building houses, environmentally friendly agriculture and responsible use of local resources.
