Komunikace trenér-hráč ve fotbalovém prostředí

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se věnuje komunikaci ve vztahu trenér–hráč ve fotbalovém prostředí ve věkových kategoriích do 15 let. Cílem práce je posoudit stávající stav, analyzovat nastavené prostředí v mládežnickém fotbalu, určit možné příležitosti pro zlepšení a navrhnout vhodná řešení pro lepší komunikaci, a to zejména z pohledu trenérů. V teoretické části jsou využity poznatky z odborné literatury, na jejichž základě jsou konkrétně vymezeny oblasti komunikace i komunikace ve sportu. Praktická část představuje a posuzuje aktuální prostředí v mládežnickém fotbalu a je zpracována v rámci dotazníkového šetření, teoretických východisek a vlastní zkušenosti z několikaleté trenérské praxe. Na základě zjištěných výsledků a shrnutí budou stanoveny návrhy a doporučení vedoucí ke zlepšení komunikace trenéra se svými hráči.

This bachelor thesis examines the communication between a coach and a player in the football environment working with children who are 15 years old or younger. The goal of the thesis is to evaluate the current conditions, analyse the environment the players are training in, identify areas for improvement, and suggest suitable changes and solutions to improve the communication. The main goal is to improve communication from the coach’s perspective. The theoretical section uses journal articles, research articles, and literature to identify and define proper communication techniques and communication techniques used in sports. The practical section of the thesis introduces and views the current youth football environment using questionnaires, theories, and personal, several years - long coaching experience. Suggestions and recommendations to improve the communication between a coach and a player are based on the results and findings.
