Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh objektu koncertní síně pro Prahu na Vltavské a urbanismus části lokality Bubny-Zátory podle zadání Institutu pro plánování a rozvoj hlavního města Prahy. Kromě současného neutěšeného stavu urbanismu neprostupné lokality kolem stanice metra Vltavská, kterou se zabýva předdiplomní projekt, odpovídá zadání na potřebu důstojného plnohodnotného sídla Národního symfonického orchestru a obecně na potřebu moderní kulturní dominanty v Praze. Konceptem mého návrhu bylo vytvořit stavbu a nové městské centrum s živým parterem a přidanými funkcemi, která má co nabídnout celý den i mimo samotné hudební akce.

The subject of this Thesis project is the design of the new concert hall for Prague at Vltavská and the new urban plan of the part of the location Bubny-Zátory based on the study by Institute for planning and development of Prague. Besides the need for the solution for current inconvenient urbanism of the surroundings of the metro station Vltavská (which is the subject of the pre-thesis project) the aim of this project is to fulfil the demand of the new base for the Czech National Symphony Orchestra (CNSO) and in general the need of the new modern cultural landmark in Prague. The concept of my design aims to create a lively city centre with multi-functional program which brings people to use and enjoy the the place all day long.
