Kulturní a inovační centrum Mladá Boleslav

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce bylo navázat na předdiplomní projekt, který zahrnoval zpracování urbanistické studie nové městské části na jihovýchodním cípu statutárního města Mladá Boleslav a zpracovat studii inovačního a kulturního centra. Inovační centrum Innocube pro ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. bylo zahrnuto do konceptu polyfunkční stavby a v návrhu tak vznikl jedinečný projekt umožňující přeberné množství využití. Objekt silně reaguje na svou polohu vzhledem k urbanistické studii, spojuje se zde jeho důležitost díky poloze na náměstí a přímé propojení se zelení v lesoparku Štěpánka. Díky prosklenému atriu, které spojuje dvě části objektu a zároveň tvoří velkolepý vstupní a komunikační prostor, vznikají unikátní průhledy do zeleně, kterou nabízí právě sousední lesopark.

The subject of the master thesis was to establish on the previous semester´s project, which included the elaboration of an urbanistic concept of a new city district at the southeastern tip of the statutory city of Mladá Boleslav and the elaboration of a project of the innovation and cultural center. Innocube Innovation Center for ŠKODA AUTO, a.s. was included in the concept of a multifunctional building and created a unique project that allows a wide range of uses. The building strongly responds to its location with respect to the urbanistic concept, its importance is combined here thanks to its location on the square and direct connection with the greenery in the Štěpánka forest park. Thanks to the glazed atrium, which connects two parts of the building and at the same time forms a magnificent entrance and communication space, unique views of the greenery are created, which is offered by the neighboring forest park.
