Značení konstruktů chelátor-polymer-protilátka/peptid izotopy mědi

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá značením nově navržených konstruktů· mědi-61 a mědi-64. Hlavním cílem této práce je vypracovat literární rešerši, která popisuje použití mědi v pozitronové emisní tomografii a výběr vhodných bifunkčních chelátorů pro izotopy mědi. Dále navrhnout analytickou metodu na zjištění čistoty konstruktů chelátor - polymer - protilátka a jejich následné značení 61Cu a 64Cu. V experimentální části byla popsána kontrola kvality mědi a shrnuty postupy značení jednotlivých konstruktů. Výsledkem experimentální části jsou označené konstrukty.

This thesis is focused on labelling of newly designed constructs of copper-61 and copper-64. The main goal of this thesis is to elaborate literary research, which is describing copper application in positron emission tomography and selecting suitable bifunctional chelator for isotopes of copper. Another goal was to propose analytical method for purity inspecting of chelator - polymer - antibody and their labelling 61Cu and 64Cu. In experimental part of this thesis was described copper quality check and made summary of labelling of each construct. The result of experimental part are constructs which was successfully labelled.
