Abstract

Tématem mé diplomové práce je stolování ve fine-diningových restauracích a zkoumání gastronomie jako formy zážitku. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo vytvořit set nádobí, který by umocnil senzorický požitek při jezení.

The topic of my diploma thesis is dining in fine-dining restaurants and exploring gastronomy as a form of experience. The main idea was to create a set of dishes that would enhance the sensory pleasure of eating.
