Ekonomicko-ekologické posouzení udržitelné výstavby rodinného domu

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá tématikou udržitelné výstavby, konkrétně udržitelnou výstavbou rodinných domů, alternacemi materiálů s ohledem na emise CO2, návrhy dalších ekologických opatření a vliv na cenu. V práci je obsažena tématika udržitelného rozvoje. Dále jsou rozebrány zásady navrhování udržitelných staveb. V praktické části jsou pak opatření aplikovány na referenční rodinný dům, a následně srovnány ceny a emise CO2 obou variant a důsledky zhodnoceny.

This work deals with the topic of recycling in construction, specifically recycled materials in construction, the exchange of traditional materials and the impact on the total cost of construction. Furthermore, recycled building materials, their production and use are analysed. Furthermore, the materials are applied to the family house, and then the prices of both variants are compared and the impact on the price of the building is evaluated.
