Abstract

ento projekt nese název Suché oko a zvýšená osmolarita slzného filmu. V teoretické části práce je pojednání o slzném filmu. Kde jsou popsány jednotlivé vrstvy a jejich tvorba. Dále možnosti vyšetření slzného filmu kvantitativně i kvalitativně. Další kapitoly pojednávají o Suchém oku, který je příčinou poruch vrstev slzného filmu a možnosti jeho léčby. V praktické části je proveden experiment posouzení tří metod vyšetření slzného pomocí fluoresceinového barvení. U metody BUT, kde zjišťujeme kvalitu slz a u dvou metod kdy se sleduje, zda oko je zatíženo vyšší osmolaritou slz, která je předzvěst výskytu suchého oka u pacienta.

This project is called Dry eye and increased osmolarity of tear film. In the theoretical part of the thesis is a treatise on tear film. Where individual layers and their creation are described. Furthermore, the possibilities of tear film testing quantitatively and qualitatively. The next chapters deal with Dry Eye, which is the cause of tear film layer disorders and its treatment options. In the practical part, an experiment is made to assess three methods of lacrimal testing using fluorescein staining. For the BUT method, where we find tear quality and two methods to see if the eye is loaded with higher tear osmolarity, which is a precursor to dry eye in the patient.
