Fyzioterapie u pacientů s myofasciálním syndromem v cervikothorakální oblasti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou vlivu fyzioterapeutických postupů u myofasciálního bolestivého syndromu v cervikothorakální oblasti. V kapitole Přehledu současného stavu je teoreticky popsána anatomie páteře, její rozdělení a další poznatky přilehlých struktur týkajících se pojiv a fascií. Další částí této kapitoly je popis samotného myofasciálního bolestivého syndromu včetně jeho etiologie, vyšetření a terapie tohoto onemocnění. Následující kapitola Metodika obsahuje veškeré vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy, které jsou využity v práci. Ve Speciální části jsou uvedeny částečné vstupní kineziologické rozbory všech probandů. Na jejich základě je stanovený krátkodobý a dlouhodobý rehabilitační plán, dále pak ukázky terapeutických jednotek. Probandi byli rozděleni do dvou skupin po pěti. První skupina absolvovala pasivní fyzioterapeutické postupy a druhá skupina podstoupila autoterapii. Kapitola Výsledky obsahuje výstupní kineziologický rozbor, který je podkladem pro zhodnocení efektu. Z výsledků vyplývá, že oba přístupy mají pozitivní vliv na myofasciální bolestivý syndrom, ale druhá skupina probandů vykazuje lepší výsledky než první. Diskuze je věnována danému problému v širším kontextu. V kapitole Závěr je hodnocení splnění cílů a přínos bakalářské práce.

The bachelor thesis deals with the influence of physiotherapeutic procedures in myofascial pain syndrome in the cervicothoracic region. The chapter Overview of the Current State theoretically describes the anatomy of the spine, its division and other findings of adjacent structures related to binders and fascia. The next part of this chapter is a description of the myofascial pain syndrome itself, including its etiology, examination and therapy of this disease. The following Methodology chapter contains all the examination methods and therapeutic procedures that are used in the work. In the Special Section are presented partial initial kinesiological analyses of all probands. Based on them, a short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan is determined, as well as examples of therapeutic units. The probands were divided into two groups of five. The first group underwent passive physiotherapy procedures and the second group underwent autotherapy. The Results chapter contains the output kinesiological analysis, which is the basis for evaluating the effect. The results show that both approaches have a positive effect on myofascial pain syndrome, but the second group of probands shows better results than the first. The discussion is devoted to the problem in a broader context. The chapter Conclusion is an evaluation of the fulfillment of goals and the contribution of the bachelor's thesis.
