Psychická zátěž příslušníků Justiční stráže při výkonu jejich služby

Abstract

Obsahem bakalářské práce je problematika psychické zátěže příslušníků Justiční stráže. Aktuálnost tématu vychází z náročnosti práce, zejména z psychické zátěže, která postihuje příslušníky při výkonu jejich služby. Teoretická část definuje podmínky přijetí nových příslušníku do služebního poměru, povinnosti a finanční ohodnocení příslušníků Justiční stráže. Také se zabývá jinými psychickými stavy, které se často vyskytují u pracovníků, kteří se potýkají se stresem a zátěží. Na teoretickou část navazuje výzkumná část. Cílem práce je přinést ucelený náhled na faktory ovlivňující psychickou zátěž příslušníků. Výzkum je vytvořený na základě vyplněných anonymních dotazníků, které byly distribuované mezi 63 respondenty. Získaná data jsou v empirické části zpracována ve formě grafů. V diskuzi je provedena komparace námi zjištěných výsledků s výsledky jiných autorů. V závěru jsou shrnuty výsledky a cíle práce.

The content of the bachelor's thesis is the issue of psychical burden of members ofthe Judicial Guard. The topicality of the topic comes out from the difficulty of the work, especially from the psychical burden that affects members in the performance of their service. The theoretical part defines the conditions for hiring new members, duties and financial evaluation of members of the Judicial Guard. It also deals with other psychical conditions that often occur to workers who contend with stress and strain. Thetheoretical part is followed by a research part. The aim of the work is to bring a comprehensive preview of the factors influencing the psychological burden of members. The research is based on completed anonymous questionnaires, which were distributed among 63 respondents. The obtained data are processed in the empirical part in the form of graphs. The discussion compares the results we found with the results of other authors. In the end, the results and goals of the work are summarized.
