Bachelor's thesis is focused on robotic rehabilitation of a patient with paleocerebellar syndrome and it evaluates effectiveness of this method in case of this diagnose. It is worked out using form of casuistry. Theoretical part of thesis deals with anatomy and kinesiology of the given problem and it describes gained defects of cerebellum. The study took place from February 2020 till June 2020 in Laboratory of Robotic Rehabilitation of Faculty of Biomedical Engineering in CTU in Prague. The specialised part contains, except for description of therapies, the input and output data, based on which the final appraisal of effectiveness of robotic rehabilitation was performed. Instrumental apparatuses ReoAmbulator, AlterG, Medi Tutor (units for upper and lower limb) and high-intensity laser therapy were used during cooperative therapies. Effectiveness of robotic rehabilitation in case of paleocerebellar syndrome was proven, which is described in detail in the final discussion. Discussion also deals with results of other authors and it includes the therapist's point of view to overall effectiveness and co-operation.
