V Diskuzi se zabýváme celkovým shrnutím terapie a porovnáváme dosažené výsledky s dalšími zdroji. V Závěru shrneme celkový přínos bakalářské práce. This bachelor thesis deals with the flat feet issue. The aim of this thesis is to compare two physiotherapeutic methods and to find out, which one is more effective in the flat feet treatment. The first method used for the treatment is the sensorimotor stimulation, the second one is the interactive system Homebalance. This thesis is divided into nine parts. Three basic research hypotheses are defined at the beginning. These hypotheses will help us to find out which method is more effective, based on the data obtained at the end of the thesis. The basic anatomy and kinesiology of the foot is described in the chapter Overview of the current state. There is also described what flat foot is and how it can be affected. Telerehabilitation is nowadays increasingly used, so this kind of therapy is also included in this chapter. The Methodical part describes every physiotherapeutic method and procedure used at the patients. Two methods - sensorimotor stimulation and interactive system Homebalance are there also described and explained. The Special part includes the description of each group and the way the therapy was conducted. The Results contain the evaluation of the whole therapy, the initial and final examination comparison, and the results of the defined hypotheses. Based on the data obtained during the therapy, it is evaluated which method is more effective. The chapter Discussion deals with the general summary of the thesis and the results are compared with other sources. The Conclusion summarizes the perks of this bachelor thesis.
