Využití vybraných terapeutických postupů v léčbě cervikobrachiálního syndromu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi rehabilitace cervikobrachiálního syndromu. Cílem práce je porovnat tři různé fyzioterapeutické metody a vybrat, která byla z hlediska subjektivního a objektivního hodnocení účinnější. Práce je rozdělena na Přehled současného stavu, Metodiku a Speciální část, což je vlastní praktická část práce. V kapitole Přehled současného stavu je pozornost věnována anatomickým strukturám, myofasciálním řetězcům a řetězení jednotlivých svalových skupin. Zde jsou zmíněny nejnovější poznatky vzniku a léčby cervikobrachiálního syndromu. V kapitole Metodika se zaměřujeme na jednotlivé fyzioterapeutické postupy, které budou v praktické části využívány. Jedná se o manuální a aktivní centrace ramenního kloubu, využívající prvky konceptu Bazálních posturálních programů dle Čápové, dále Fasciální manipulace dle Stecca a kinesiotaping. Ve Speciální části jsou rozepsané jednotlivé terapie podle skupin a probandů. V kapitole Výsledky shrnujeme vlastní zjištěné skutečnosti, jako jsou efekty jednotlivých fyzioterapeutických metod u skupin probandů a jejich subjektivní a objektivní zhodnocení. V Diskuzi porovnáváme námi zjištěné poznatky s dalšími autory, kteří se obdobnou problematikou zabývali. V Závěru je shrnut přínos zjištěných skutečností a bakalářské práce.

The bachelor´s thesis deals with the possibilities of rehabilitation of cervicobrachial syndrome. The aim of this work is to compare three different physiotherapeutic methods and to select which was more effective in terms of subjective and objective evaluation. The work is divided into an Overview of the current state, Methodology, and a Special part, which is the actual practical part of the work. In the chapter Overview of the current state, attention is paid to anatomical structures, myofascial chains, and chaining of individual muscle groups. The latest findings on the origin and treatment of cervicobrachial syndrome are also mentioned. In the Methodology chapter, the work focuses on individual physiotherapeutic procedures, which will be used in the practical part. These are passive and active centerings of the shoulder joint, using elements of the concept of Basal Postural Programs according to Čápová, as well as Fascial manipulation according to Stecca and kinesiology taping. In the Special part, individual therapies are described according to groups and probands. In the Results chapter, we summarize our own findings, such as the effects of individual physiotherapeutic methods in groups of probands and their subjective and objective evaluation. In the Discussion, we compare our findings with other authors who have studied similar issues. In the Conclusion, the contribution of the findings and the bachelor's thesis is summarized.
