Změna biomechanických a kineziologických parametrů kyčelního kloubu po totální endoprotéze

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá změnou kineziologických a biomechanických parametrů po totální endoprotéze kyčelního kloubu. Práce je rozdělena do tří hlavních kapitol - Přehled současného stavu, Metodika a Speciální část. V kapitole Přehled současného stavu jsou popsány novinky z vývoje protetiky a implantologie, základy anatomie a kineziologie kyčelního kloubu a typy kloubních náhrad. Navazující část bakalářské práce stojí především na rešerši odborných publikací, věnujících se detekci funkčních změn. Kapitola Metodika je věnována vyšetřovacím a terapeutickým postupům. Speciální část je tvořena dvěma kazuistikami pacientů a jejich stavem v rámci pooperační fyzioterapie. Z důvodu koronavirové pandemie nebylo možné provést předoperační vyšetření. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty rešerše odborných publikací a vyhodnocen vývoj pacientů, který byl v obou případech pozitivní.

The bachelor thesis deals with the change of kinesiological and biomechanical parameters after total hip arthroplasty. The work is divided into four main chapters - an overview of the current state, methodology and special section. The chapter Current state describes news from the development of prothetics and implantology, basics of anatomy and kinesiology of the hip joint and the type of joint implant. The following part of the bachelor's thesis is mainly based on professional publications devoted to the detection of functional changes. The methodology chapter is devoted to examination and therapeutic procedures. The special part consists of two casuistry of patients and their conditions in postoperative physiotherapy. Due to the coronavirus pandemic, preoperative examination was not possible. At the end of the work there are summarized scientific publications and evaluation the improvement of patients, which was positive in both cases.
