Možnosti zajištění průchodnosti dýchacích cest v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá možnostmi zajištění dýchacích cest v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Teoretická část je zaměřena na základy anatomie, fyziologie a patofyziologie respiračního systému. Dále jsou zde uvedeny indikace k zajištění dýchacích cest v přednemocniční neodkladné péči. Hlavní část ukazuje, jaké máme způsoby zajištění dýchacích cest, a to jak bez pomůcek, tak s pomůckami. V neposlední řadě je zde také uvedeno, co to je umělá plicní ventilace a základy oxygenoterapie. Na závěr teoretické části zde uvádíme také kompetence zdravotnického záchranáře. Praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření mezi zdravotnickými záchranáři na jejich znalosti a kompetence. Tímto šetřením jsme zjistili, že záchranáři mají dostatečné znalosti, a dalo by se přemýšlet o navýšení kompetencí.

The bachelor thesis deals with the possibilities of securing the airways in prehospital emergency care. The theoretical part is focused on the basics of anatomy, physiology and pathophysiology of the respiratory system. The following are indications for securing the airways. The main part consists of the ways of securing the airways, both without and with medical equipment. Last but not least, it also describes what artificial lung ventilation is and the basics of oxygen therapy. At the end of the theoretical part, I also present the competencies of a paramedic. The practical part is devoted to a questionnaire survey, which is focused on the knowledge of a paramedic and also on his or her competencies. Through this investigation, I found out that rescuers have sufficient knowledge to increase competencies.
