Konsignační sklady ve zdravotnictví

Abstract

Práce se zabývá analýzou konsignačních skladů, jejich zřízením, provozem a využitím ve zdravotnictví u nás i ve světě. Cílem práce je analýza rizik provozu konsignačního skladu v Nemocnici Na Bulovce na oddělení oftalmologie pomocí metody FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), následná definice nejvýznamnějších rizik a návrh opatření k jejich snížení. U definovaných rizik je následně provedený odhad ekonomické náročnosti navržených opatření pro snížení dopadu na logistický proces a na koncového uživatele. Na základě SWOT analýzy, IFE a EFE matice je identifikován vliv faktorů na proces konsignačních skladů ve zdravotnictví. Hlavním přínosem práce jsou nové poznatky ohledně analýzy rizik konsignačního skladování v oblasti zdravotnictví. Nejvýznamnější rizika procesu jsou zpravidla způsobena pochybením lidského faktoru, který nelze při práci s konsignačními sklady eliminovat, ale nastavením efektivních opatření uvnitř organizace může být dopad rizik snížen na akceptovatelnou hodnotu.

The work deals with the analysis of consignment warehouses, their establishment, operation and use in healthcare system in our country and in the world. The aim of the work is to analyze the risks of operation of the consignment warehouse in the hospital Na Bulovce in the ophthalmology department using the FMEA method (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis), the subsequent definition of the most significant risks and the proposal of measures to reduce them. For defined risks, an estimate is then made of the economic complexity of the proposed measures to reduce the impact on the logistics process and the end user. Based on the SWOT analysis, IFE and EFE matrix, the influence of factors on the process of consignment warehouses in healthcare is identified. The main contribution of the work is new knowledge about the risk analysis of consignment storage in the field of healthcare. The most significant risks of the process are usually caused by a mistake of the human factor, which cannot be eliminated when working with consignment warehouses, but by setting effective measures within the organization, the impact of risks can be reduced to an acceptable value.
