Návrh zvýšení úrovně vyhodnocení customer experience letišť

Abstract

Bakalářská práce představuje detailněji problematiku customer experience a problematiku jejího vyhodnocení ze strany letišť. Práce ukazuje možnosti zapojení technologií do jejího rozvoje a poukazuje na to, co může využití technologií znamenat do budoucna. Obsahuje analýzu nejkritičtějších procesů z pohledu cestujících a popis konkrétních řešení, která by mohla tyto problémy alespoň částečně odstranit. Součástí práce je také pohled na změny v oblasti customer experience v době pandemie.

Bachelor thesis introduce customer experience in detail and evaluation of customer experience from airports perspective. The thesis presents implementation possibilities of technology into its growth and the possible way of use in the future. It contains the analysis of the most critical processes from the passengers‘ point of view, and the specific solutions description which could eliminate some of the issues. Also, the thesis describes the view on pandemic changes in customer experience.
