Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je analýza vlivu letištních poplatků velkých letišť v Evropské unii na tržby vybraných letišť. Motivací k výběru tématu bakalářské práce bylo bližší pochopení ekonomického fungování nejvýznamnějších evropských letišť z pohledu provedených výkonů. Práce se zaměřuje na jednotlivá letiště a úvodní analýzu klastrů letišť vytvořených na základě získaných dat o geografických souvislostech, letištním provozu, provozovaných destinacích, výkonových ukazatelích, charakteristice daného trhu a konektivitě. Pro následné posouzení letištních poplatků vzhledem k ekonomické síle jednotlivých letišť a pro porovnání s úvodní analýzou klastrů letišť je využito statistického výpočtu regresní analýzy a korelačního koeficientu. Díky provedené analýze s čtyřmi různými druhy zkoumání byla prokázána velikost vlivu nákladní dopravy, nepřímé a hubové konektivity na tržby letišť z leteckých i neleteckých aktivit.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the influence of airport charges at large airports in the European Union on the sales of selected airports. The reasoning for choosing the topic of this bachelor's thesis was to gain a closer understanding of the economic functioning of the most significant European airports in terms of their performance. The thesis is focused on individual airports and an initial analysis of airport clusters created on the basis of obtained data on the geographical context, airport traffic, operated destinations, performance indicators, market characteristics and connectivity. For the subsequent assessment of airport charges with respect to the economic strength of individual airports and for comparison with the initial analysis of airport clusters, a statistical calculation of regression analysis and correlation coefficient was used. Due to conducting an analysis with four different types of research, the magnitude of the impact of freight transport, indirect and hub connectivity on airport revenues from aviation and non-aviation activities was validated.
