Tribologie šroubových spojení

Abstract

První část bakalářské práce je věnována teoretické rešerši problematiky tribologie, popisu tribologických zkoušek a zkušební metodice zaměřené na šroubové spoje. Dále se věnuje typům tření, mazivům a závislosti utahovacího momentu a předpětí. Druhá část je věnována experimentu, kde byl na připravených vzorcích zjišťován koeficient tření při použití různých povlaků.

The first part of the bachelor thesis is devoted to a theoretical research of tribology, description of the tribological tests and test methods focused on screw connections. It also deals with types of friction, lubricants, and dependence of tightening torque on preload. The second part describes experiment, where the coefficient of friction was determined on the prepared samples using various coatings.
