Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá hodnocením efektivnosti zakázkové výroby malého strojírenského podniku Preva, spol. s r. o. Teoretická část je rozdělena na osm oddílů. První oddíl se věnuje současné situaci drobného podnikání v ČR. Druhý a třetí oddíl se zaměřuje na zdroje podnikových informací a nástroje ekonomického řízení. Čtvrtý až sedmý oddíl objasňuje důležité pojmy jako jsou controlling, reporting, rozpočetnictví a manažerské účetnictví. Osmý oddíl vysvětluje a zabývá se termínem Business Intelligence. V praktické části je analyzována současná situace reportingu zakázkové výroby malého strojírenského podniku Preva, spol. s r. o. Součástí analýzy je také návrh nového interního informačního systému, který umožňuje vytvořit nový reporting zakázkové výroby podniku. Práce dále obsahuje hodnocení efektivnosti zakázkové výroby, v němž se autor snaží popsat efektivnost řízení podniku. Na závěr autor navrhuje postupy a opatření pro zlepšení efektivnosti a řízení podniku.

This diploma thesis is concerned with efficiency evalution of custom production in a small engineering company Preva, spol. s r. o. The theoretical part is divided into eight sections. The first section deals with the current situation of small business in the Czech Republic. The second and third sections focus on corporate information resources and economic management tools. The fourth to seventh sections clarify important concepts such as controlling, reporting, budgeting and managerial accounting. The eighth section explains and deals with the term Business Intelligence. The practical part analyzes the current situation of custom production reporting of a small engineering company Preva, spol. s r. o. Part of the analysis is also the corcerned with the design of a new internal information system, which allows to create a new reporting of custom production of the company. The work also contains an evalution of efficiency of custom production, in which the author tries to describe the effectiveness of business management. Finally, the author proposes procedures and measures to improve the efficiency and management of the company.
