Experimentální analýza a modelování energetické náročnosti rozpojování pšeničné slámy

Abstract

Práce se nejdříve věnuje rešerši důležitosti rozpojování lignocelulúozové biomasy před jejím dalším zpracováním. Dále rozebírá principy rozpojování a jednotlivá dezintegrační zařízení. Pak už se věnuje matematickým modelům, které popisují energetickou náročnost mletí. Na základě rešeršních dat byl zpracován a vyhodnocen experiment mletí pšeničné slámy. Nakonec byly popsány dva modely pro energetickou náročnost a pro distribuci velikosti částic.

The thesis first investigates the importance of disintegration of lignocellulosic biomass before its further processing. Then it discusses the principles of disintegration and individual disintegration devices. Then it discusses mathematical models that describe the energy consumption of milling. On the basis of research data, a wheat straw milling experiment was developed and evaluated. Finally, two models for the energy consumption and for the particle size distribution were described .
