Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na výběr nejvhodnější kombinace opatření pro rekonstrukci starého rodinného domu v Jižních Čechách do energeticky úsporného domu. V práci jsou popsány energetické standardy a průkaz energetické náročnosti, který je dále využit k hodnocení stavu budovy. U rodinného domu je důkladně analyzován stávající stav a energetická bilance, které indikují vhodnost volby jednotlivých opatření. Podle vhodnosti opatření jsou sestaveny rozdílné varianty, které jsou dále analyzovány za pomoci sestaveného ekonomicko-technického modelu a citlivostních analýz. Na základě tohoto vyhodnocení je doporučena optimální varianta k rekonstrukci rodinného domu.

The master thesis focuses on the selection of the most suitable combination of individual measures for the reconstruction of an old family house in South Bohemia into an energy self-sufficient house. The thesis describes energy standards and energy performance certificate which is further used to assess the condition of the building. The current state and energy balance of the house are thoroughly analyzed to indicate the suitability of individual measures. Combinations of individual measures are further economically and technically analyzed, what-if analysis are also performed. Based on this assesment, the optimal combination for the reconstruction is recommended.
