Bytový dům Michelangelova - Praha

Abstract

Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo vypracování vybraných částí projektové dokumentace novostavby bytového domu pro stavební povolení v maximální míře blížící se pasivnímu standartu. Práce je zaměřena na návrh skladeb kompletačních a obalových konstrukcí včetně jejich tepelně technického posouzení a na návrh vybraných stavebních detailů. Bytový dům se nachází v Praze v ulici Michelangelova. Objekt má celkem šest nadzemních podlaží a jedno podzemní podlaží. Nosná konstrukce objektu bude provedena jako monolitická železobetonová. Dokumentace této bakalářské práce je tvořena stavební částí, předběžným statickým výpočtem s výkresy konstrukčního systému a výkresy tvaru, základním konceptem TZB s podrobnějším zpracováním VZT, tepelně technickým posouzením a technickými zprávami jednotlivých částí dokumentace.

Goal of this bachelor thesis was to develop selected parts of the project documentation of newly built residential building for building permission closely approaching passive standard. The work is focused on the design of the completing and external constructions including heat-technical assessment and design of selected construction details. The building has total of six overground floors and one underground floor. The load-bearing structure of the building will be made as monolithic from reinforced concrete. The documentation of this bachelor thesis consist of construction part, preliminary static calculation with drawings of construction system and drawings of shape, basic concept of HVAC with more detailed elaboration of air-conditioning, heat-technical assessment and technical reports of individual parts of the documentation.
